What You'll Do
- Counsel patients pre-procedure and plan care across the continuum
- Administer conscious sedation with recovery
- Assist with endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, and biopsies
- Operate procedure equipment and plan discharges
- Respond on-call for urgent gastroenterology procedures
What You'll Need
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an NLNAC- or CCNE-accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Minimum two years as a clinical nurse in medical/surgical, critical care, or emergency settings within the past 36 months
- Minimum one year providing moderate sedation with recovery
