What You'll Do
- Provide individual and group nutrition counseling
- Lead educational classes on diabetes management and nutrition support
- Assist with nutritional assessments and document patient care
- Contribute to healthcare initiatives and attend staff meetings
- Educate military leadership on supplement safety
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in dietetics from a CADE-approved program
- Current CDR registration; board eligibility as CSSD
- BLS certification through an in-person course
- Current, active, unrestricted state license (if required)
- Minimum three years of experience within the last five in wellness nutrition, health promotion, diabetes prevention, group education, or community outreach
Required immunizations (current or obtainable before start): Hepatitis B (series & titer), Tdap, MMR, Varicella, TB test, seasonal influenza, and COVID-19 (if applicable).
